My Story
If you are here you probably know a little about me. Here’s the full background on what made me who I am today and all the stepping stones I have bounced on.
I started running cross country and track in the 6th grade. I thought for so many years that the constant cardio + being ignorant and not refueling my body would give me the physique of my dreams. All throughout high school I battled myself by not fueling my body properly and constantly chasing a smaller body. Terrified to wear swimsuits or eat at the lunch table. I have a distinct memory of a period throughout school I would only eat a grapefruit for lunch and give away all my other snacks to my friends… then I found bodybuilding.
Or rather yet the glamorized IG version of OG bikini girls in 2015. I knew THAT is what I wanted to look like. But these girls weren’t running.. they were in the gym lifting weights and drinking these protein shakes. I had to be like that. So I went through the many hoops most competitors do unfortunately. Coached by the wrong person and probably worse off than if i had done it myself LOL. I lived and learned and built my physique through trial and error. Learning about nutrition and finding a true passion along the way. I realized I needed to fuel my body to put on muscle. I needed to prioritize sleep and being kind to myself. I needed to fall in love with myself and the process.
Years later, here I am helping other girls tap into their true potential. Helping them avoid all the mistakes it took me years to learn. To be the woman I needed when I was younger.
